Vericon Technology Overview
 

Vericon continues to enhance its innovative technology by adding more user-friendly functions that benefit those who utilize our web-based systems. Our technology mission consists of four points of focus:

  1. Security of our data systems
  2. Internal improvements with added efficiencies to further reduce reporting turnaround time
  3. External improvements to broaden the simplicity of working with Vericon Resources
  4. Automate the background screening process and become as paperless as possible

Data Security
 

Securing client data is critical to Vericon’s success. Therefore, Vericon data systems are stored at dual locations – one of which is a non-disclosed Atlanta data center. Benefits of this data center include:

  1. Secured access
  2. 70 degree temperature controlled ambient room
  3. Oxygen depleting gas fire control systems
  4. Conditioned power and emergency generated powered environment

The connection to our data systems is controlled by enterprise class firewalls that use encryption keys at both ends of the connection. Vericon’s data is also secured 24hrs/7 days per week through a state-of-the-art data protection system located at our facilities.


Internal Improvements
 

Improving operations and staff efficiencies leads to faster client reporting times. Recently, Vericon combined three separate functions into one comprehensive workflow. A document management solution was implemented as our central desktop application. This one application controls the work flow of e-mail, faxes, and documents. This incredible tool provides our managers with the ability to view real-time work progression. Vericon’s technology will allow collection of all available court records required for an applicant with only one query.


External Improvements
 

An exciting new upgrade will be available to enhance Vericon’s multifaceted eEmployMe application. The improved application can allow applicants to input employment information and capture their e-signature which will be digitally stored in our records database. Do your applicants complain about being timed out before completing their online applications? Our new and improved eEmployMe allows applicants to save their information and return to it later for completion!


FactsTrack, eEmployMe, and DirectCheck
 

These user-friendly, web-based applications are Vericon’s benchmark online tools to serve our clients. FactsTrack provides a portal for clients to view completed background screening reports; generate applicant processing reports; and can be easily accessed with Internet Explorer. eEmployMe is the online instrument used in the applicant process to complete applications and will also include an electronic release form and e-signature features. DirectCheck is a convenient online method for clients to input applicant data and order services with a click of their mouse.


HRIS Integration
 

Vericon’s applicant tracking system is proprietary. Our secure technology can interface with any third-party HRIS system for submissions with a click of a mouse. Some of our current partners are TalentPlus, Deploy Solutions and Open Hire. We can link with your partner or refer you to ours!
